This is a controversy in a bankruptcy proceeding, and the rights of the parties are to be determined by the application of equitable principles unless such principles are inconsistent’ with the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq.; Securities and Exchange Commission v.
