This appeal arises as a consequence of the financial embarrassment of Law Research Service, Inc. (LRS), which has generated a considerable volume of litigation. 1 LRS, for a time debtor in possession in a Chapter XI arrangement proceeding, is appealing from an order of Judge Motley in the District Court for the Southern District of New York, affirming an order of Bankruptcy Judge Asa S.
