In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Smith, J.), dated August 17, 2010, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendants Mayerson, Stutman, Abramowitz, LLR and Alton L. Abramowitz which was pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) to dismiss the causes of action alleging legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
