In this workers' compensation action, claimant, Daniel Speier, seeks review of the final order issued by the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) affirming the decision of the administrative law judge (ALJ). The ALJ dismissed claimant's petition to review as untimely and denied elaimant's motion for reconsideration of the dismissal. We affirm.
