In this action the Supply Company, an Ohio corporation, charges certain citizens of Sunbury, Pa., with violating the Anti-Trust Act of 1890 (Act July 2, 1890, c. 647, 26 Stat. 209 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3200]). The statement of claim avers that the defendants, an unincorporated association of merchants and business men, combined to restrain the interstate trade of the Supply Company in groceries and other merchandise. The trial judge nonsuited the plaintiff, and adhered to that ruling upon the subsequent motion required by the state practice. The facts are as…
