MORRIS, Justice.

Plaintiff obtained a judgment for damages against Charles Scott, Wilbur Jordan, Philip Jordan, “members and officers of the State Taxicab Association,” in the amount of $3,000, with interest thereon from April 23, 1937. Under the provisions of Rule 69, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c, the judgment plaintiff has caused notice to be served upon certain persons for the taking of their depositions in the manner provided by Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
