William Kritchman and Wells Fargo, N.A., 1 appeal a final judgment against them, jointly and severally, in favor of the plaintiff below, Hunter Wolk. Mr. Wolk cross-appeals the judgment insofar as it denied relief on two of the four counts of his second amended complaint. The cases arise from a magnanimous settlor’s, Mrs. Lola Kritchman’s, gifts to pay certain educational expenses of her first cousin’s grandson, Mr. Wolk.
