¶1 Some cases are just messy, and there are no great answers. This is one of them.
¶2 We accepted the interlocutory appeal1 of Kathryn Kershaw and The Lord's Highlands, Inc., to determine if the circuit court erred in ordering, after a trial to the court, that the two properties at issue in this case be sold to a third party. Specifically, Kershaw insists the court erred in not rescinding both the contract through which she previously had sold the properties to Kwico Investments, LLC, and the deeds by which she transferred ownership of the properties to Kwico.
