Following an extensive history of pretrial motions,1 the trial of this matter pro*218duced a number of contradictory versions of the events of June 19, 2009 in which the Plaintiff suffered an injury to his knee during the course of (or immediately following) his arrest for behavior that can only be described as drunken and obnoxious.
