This was a bill in equity, brought by Marshall Field and Levi Z. Letter, against Lavinia A. Herrick, Anna M. Herrick, Elijah W. Herrick, and Sarah L. Herrick, to cancel a lease executed February 2, 1878, by the defendants, by the terms of which certain premises in the city of Chicago were leased to Field & Leiter, from the 1st day of March, 1878, to the 29th day of February, 1880.
