Plaintiffs, the Academy of Charter Schools Association (the Association) and seven individuals commenced this action against the Adams County School District No. 12 Board of Education (Board of Education), and Adams County School District No. 12 (the District), seeking to enforce the terms of a charter school contract entered into pursuant to the Charter Schools Act (the Act), § 22-30.5-101, et seq., C.R.S.1998.
