This was an equitable proceeding brought by Edwin A. McWhorter as trustee in bankruptcy of Eealty Savings & Trust Co., against Eealty Investment Co., W. H. Stillwell, and L. H. Smith', seeking to set aside a security deed executed to Smith by the Eealty Investment Co. through Stillwell, its president. Among the assets of the bankrupt company were 530 shares of stock of the Realty Investment Co., previously in the hands of a creditors’ committee, now in charge of the plaintiff as trustee in bankruptcy.
