This was an action brought before a justice of the peace of Wilson county, on December 12, 1888, by Martha Jane Snaveley against the St. Louis &. San Francisco Railway Company, to recover for alleged injuries to her property resulting from fire caused by the railway company in the operation of its railroad. The bill of particulars of the plaintiff filed in the justice’s court, omitting title and signature, reads as follows:
