Plaintiff seeks in this proceeding to obtain modification of a decree of divorce as respects the custody of Margaret Virginia Martin, a child eleven years of age, born of the marriage which the decree dissolved.

The marriage was on November 24, 1925. The divorce suit was brought to the September term, 1929, of the circuit court of Pettis county, Missouri; decree of divorce in favor of plaintiff was rendered September 30, 1929.
