Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (McGrath, J.), rendered June 18, 2008, upon a verdict *876convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, burglary in the first degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
