The plaintiff brings this action to recover judgment against defendant in the sum of two hundred and fifty-eight 01-100 dollars, damages (repairs of an automobile, depreciation in value, and loss of the use of the automobile while it was being repaired) alleged to have been sustained as the result of the negligence of the minor son of defendant while driving an automobile belonging to his father.
