*117Charles L. Raison, lately deceased, a member of the Campbell County bar, was twice married. By his first marriage he had two children, the appellants here. He was divorced from his first wife, their mother, in 1897. In August, 1900, he married Mrs. Anna E. Thomas, now Anna E. Raison, the appellee. On ■ February 16, 1904, he wrote his will, by which he devised to Anna E. Raison a one-half undivided interest in his dwelling property in Newport, the other half interest in the property having theretofore been conveyed to the wife. He further devised to…
