This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants in a suit for a business brokerage commission. Michael Hannan, an individually licensed real estate broker, acting individually and as president of Hannan Associates, Inc., contracted with the president of Home Federal for the payment of a commission upon finding a purchaser for that institution.
