The substantial facts in this case are: J. Clarke Swayze insured his life in the -ZGtna life insurance com*119pany for the benefit of his estate, in the sum of $1,000. He made all the payments required of him in his lifetime, and in all respects complied on his part with the terms and conditions of the policy of insurance, and this contract was in full, force at the time of his decease. After his death, Jennie M. Swayze was appointed and qualified as the administratrix of his estate. The estate is indebted to several persons in a sum…
