Suit by D. Byron King against J.E. Pace, as City Auditor of the City of Jacksonville, and City of Jacksonville, a municipal corporation, for a declaration of plaintiff's rights, powers, and duties as special attorney to the city council. From an adverse decree defendants appeal.

Decree affirmed. The history of this case is that the City Council of Jacksonville passed Ordinance BB-21, creating the position held by the plaintiff-appellee, which ordinance was brought into question by the Auditor of the City of Jacksonville.
