OPINION and ORDER OF COURT
AMBROSE, Chief Judge.
SYNOPSIS
Appellant argues that the Bankruptcy Court erred in finding that certain pay ments made during the preference period did not qualify under the ordinary course defense set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 547(c)(2). Because I am unable to discern whether the Bankruptcy Court considered certain evidence, this action is remanded for further proceedings.
