These two appeals, which have been heard together, will be disposed of in one opinion.
In May, 1917, Raymond M. Bond and Warren C. Daniel owned eighty-five oil and gas leases in Johnson, Magoffin, Morgan and Lawrence counties. On May 23rd they executed a deed to the Midsouth Oil Company by which, in consideration of $14,000.00 and the cover ants and agreements stated in the deed, they sold, assigned and transferred unto it all these leases to have and to hold Unto it and. its assigns forever, subject to the carrying for Bond…
