On October 10, 1951, a complaint was filed in the circuit court of Sangamon County by Floyd William Schramm seeking to set aside the wills of his father and mother, William F. Schramm and Ida May Schramm, as clouds upon his alleged title to certain Sangamon County farm land, (which he contends was given to him by his parents many years prior tO' their deaths), or in the alternative to impress an equitable lien upon the premises for the value of permanent improvements he had made thereon.
