Reversing.

The appellant, Harry Brashear, was tried and suffered a conviction, in the Warren circuit court, for the crime of wilful murder, and his punishment was fixed at imprisonment for life, by a judgment of the court, in accordance with the verdict of the jury. His motion for a new trial having been overruled, he seeks a reversal of the judgment, by appeal to this court. The two grounds, urged by his counsel, for reversal of the judgment are.: (1) The admission, over his objection, of incompetent evidence, which was prejudicial to his substantial rights;…
