On January 30, 1995, plaintiff Banta Corporation [“Banta”] filed the above entitled action against defendants Hunter Publishing Limited Partnership [“Hunter Ltd.”], I R Publishing Limited Partnership [“I R”], and Hunter Publishing Company, Inc. [“Hunter Co.”] in the Milwaukee county circuit court. On February 28, 1995, the defendants removed the action to federal court, and the ease was assigned to Magistrate Judge Aaron E. Goodstein.
