WISDOM, Circuit Judge:

Ruben Navarro appeals from his conviction under 21 U.S.C. § 174 for the illegal possession of heroin. The main issues relate to the validity of the search during which the drug was found.

December 19, 1966, Officer Ortiz of the Narcotics Squad of the San Antonio city police received a call from an informer who stated that he had seen heroin in Navarro’s home.
