Action in damages for alleged alienation of the affections of plaintiff’s wife by defendant.

The petition alleges that plaintiff and Della B. Cooley were married August 20, 1915, and that from that date until May 11. .1924, they lived together as husband and wife; that while plaintiff and his wife were so living together, defendant, being their family physician, took advantage of the confidential relations growing out of his said professional employment, and wrongfully, wickedly and maliciously, and with wrongful, malicious and wicked intent, caused the wife of said plaintiff to leave and…
