OPINION.

Harron, Judge:

The petitioner seeks exemption from income tax on the ground that it is a business league within the purview of section 101 (7) of the Internal Revenue Code. The petitioner makes no claim to exemption as a club under section 101 (9) of the Internal Revenue Code.4 Section 101 (7) provides that “Business leagues, chambers of commerce, real-estate boards, or boards of trade, not organized for profit and no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual” shall be exempt from taxation.
