Durayl Tyree Vann petitions this court for review of the Court of Appeals’ decision affirming his convictions of one count each of attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, and criminal damage to property, and three counts of aggravated assault in State v.
