COGAN, District Judge.
Presently before the Court are motions, from all defendants, to dismiss this multi-district litigation based upon forum non conveniens. Several defendants have also moved for a stay of discovery, and one defendant has filed a motion to strike. Because the motions to stay discovery, and the motion to strike, are predicated on the motions to dismiss, they are all considered together.
