*255Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Marcy Kahn, J., at suppression hearing; Philip Grella, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered February 11, 2004, convicting defendant of burglary in the second degree, grand larceny in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, and possession of burglar’s tools, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 12 years, 3½ to 7 years (two terms) and 1 year, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
