The State appeals from an order entered 14 November 2011 granting Michael Dorman II’s (“Defendant”) Motion to Dismiss the charge of first-degree murder that had been lodged against him. The trial court also ordered the suppression of certain evidence at “any and all future proceedings in the matter” as an additional sanction for the State’s violation of discovery provisions.
