DECISION
Before this Court is the appeal of Sheila A. Jordan from a decision of the Rhode Island Department of Human Services denying her medical assistance. Jurisdiction is pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 42-35-15.
I. Facts and Travel
Sheila A. Jordan appeals the decision of the Rhode Island Department of Human Services ("DHS"), denying her medical assistance benefits on the basis of Mrs. Jordan's transfer of resources to her son.
