CHATFIERD, District Judge.

The petitioning creditors and the-receiver desire to have turned over to the receiver certain chattel mortgages, some of which are in the possession of one Charles L,.. Apfel, an attorney who had represented the bankrupt in certain transactions some time prior to the filing of the petition. He claims a lien for services upon these chattel mortgages which came into his-hands prior to the filing of the petition.
