This matter is before the Court on the cross-motions for summary judgment filed, respectively, by Plaintiff Irwin Brown (“Claimant”) and by Defendant Jo Anne B. Barnhart, Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) pursuant to the Order Referring Case to Magistrate Judge, entered by the Honorable William P.
