This appeal involves a dispute between a client and his two lawyers regarding their recommendations against accepting a plaintiffs settlement offer in a chancery court proceeding. After the chancellor and this court awarded his adversary damages far in excess of the settlement offers, the client filed a legal malpractice action against his lawyers in the Circuit Court for Davidson County.
