Crystal and Arthur Mayo, individually, and Crystal Mayo, as administrator of the estate of Arthur James Mayo, appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (“Old Dominion”), on their claim for the wrongful death of their son, Arthur James Mayo.
