Appellant, Michael Barnett, appeals from the trial court’s order granting appel-lee, City of Southside Place’s plea to the jurisdiction in his suit brought under the Texas Whistleblower Act. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. §§ 554.001-.010 (West 2012).
