This was a suit in equity brought in the Circuit Court of Mercer county by JD. W. McOlaugherty against D. H. Croft. The bill alleges: That the plaintiff sold to the defendant one-fourth of what is known as the “Hideout Property,” consisting of a house and lot on Bland street, in the city of Bluelield, Mercer County, W. Va., for the sum of one thousand dollars.
