The above-styled case was commenced November 26, 1984, by a joint petition un der chapter 13, title 11, United States Code, filed in this Court, and this case is still pending in this Court under said chapter of the bankruptcy statute. The case came before the bankruptcy judge for a hearing upon confirmation of the debtors’ plan, on March 26, 1985.
