Cheri Poche and three other passengers aboard a shipping vessel were injured in an accident after a tugboat hit and sank the vessel they were aboard. Edward H. Lunsford and Joshua Juarez are surviving minor children of Edward Foss, one of the other parties injured while aboard the shrimping vessel.
