BRYNER, Chief Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

The Alaska Division of Motor Vehicles revoked Edwin Saltz’s driver’s license after he was arrested for driving away from a bar while intoxicated. Saltz challenges the department’s finding that the officer had reasonable suspicion to stop his truck, arguing that his truck did not match the description of the truck provided by a caller informing the trooper’s office that an individual was leaving the bar intoxicated.
