In an action for divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant wife appeals, as limited by her notice of appeal and brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (Fitzer, J.H.O.), dated August 26, 1992, as (1) failed to award her equitable distribution of certain property, (2) awarded her maintenance in the sum of only $30,000 per year until "at least the time that Plaintiff attains the age of 65”, and (c) directed the plaintiff husband to pay only $5,000 as and for her attorney’s fees.
