Stallman, J.), entered February 2, 2006, which denied the petition brought pursuant to CPLR article 78 seeking reinstatement of petitioner to his position as a police officer with retroactive pay and benefits, and disclosure of his medical records, and dismissed the proceeding, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
