The sole issue presented for this court’s consideration is whether the Court of Appeals erred in disT missing the appeal on the ground that the transcript of the evidence adduced in the trial court was not properly certified as provided by App. R. 9(B).

In its opinion, and in its denial of appellant’s application for reconsideration, the Court of Appeals relied prima*376rily upon the decisions of this court in Crow v.
