In this accounting proceeding the trustee has requested the court to construe the will of decedent who died on July 26, 1928, leaving a last will and testatment dated June 24, 1928, which was admitted to probate by this court on September 7, 1928.
After providing for specific bequests, testatrix devised and bequeathed her estate by clauses “ Third ” and “ Fourth ” of the will, which read as follows:
