We granted appellant’s petition for discretionary review in order to determine whether the court of appeals erred in its harmless-error review. We hold that the court of appeals did not err.
Our discussion begins with a summary of the relevant facts. In May 2002, a Harris County grand jury returned an indictment charging appellant with felony aggregated theft under Texas Penal Code §§ 31.03(a) and 31.09.
