Defendant Leslie Crawford entered a plea of guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Defendant appeals from his sentence, contending that in determining the base offense level, the district court erred in attributing to him undelivered marijuana which was under negotiation between defendant’s half-brother and a police informant.
