Amelia Hernandez, Edith Hernandez Rojas, and Juan Eduardo Hernandez, (collectively “plaintiffs”), brought this action against Immortal Rise and Ahmad Saleh (collectively, “defendants”) for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”), New York Labor Law (“NYLL”), and New York Codes, Rules, and Regulations (“NYCRR”).
