Leta York (York) filed suit in Hopkins County, Texas, seeking to have a 1995 deed conveying real property from her to her daughter, Gwendolyn Boatman (Gwendolyn), declared void; in the alternative, she sought to impose a constructive trust on the 153.185 acres conveyed in the deed.
